1st. Task: The life cycle of the silk worm:

• Watch the videos:

2. HOW SILK WORMS MAKE SILK.

3. How long do they grow in each stage? (cms)
4. How many leaves do they eat ? (number)
5. How many eggs do they leave?
6. How long do the eggs become in worms?
7. Do a handycraft about it. 

2nd Task: HOW DO THEY MAKE THE SILK ?

• In Class: Investigate the procedure for making the silk.

1. How do the factories make the silk nowdays  ?
2. What kind of clothes do they make?
3. How much do they cost? (prices per kilogram; prices of different clothes: dress, shirts, kimono, sheet, etc)
4. Where do they make the silk (countries)?
5. How  did  the traditional silk farms make the silk? How long did they take?
6. Make a fashion desgin based in silk:

•  Draw a model.
• Calculate  the price of production and the price of selling. 
• Invent your logo for the mark.
• Invent a slogan

6. DO A BLOG CALLED TRAVELLING SILK ABOUT YOUR INVESTIGATIONS.
